The Grinnell College National Poll (GCNP) is a partnership between Grinnell College and nationally-renowned pollster J. Ann Selzer. Its goal is to investigate the health of American democracy by examining attitudes about liberty, equality and liberal democratic institutions in the United States. The poll is directed by Peter Hanson, associate professor of political science, and overseen by an advisory board composed of students, faculty and staff members.
